The location was good n very serene. I found the rooms to be decent. The interior is well designed.
However the bathroom wasn’t very clean. There were hair lying around the corner and the dental kit wasn’t sealed. Furthermore, I believe the toiletries could be improved with addition of shower cap, shampoo, conditioner and a shaving kit. Also after having experienced stays at multiple hotels and Lodgings like RA residence, I was very surprised when I was charged for extra water.
Since we had limited time and tight schedule, I couldn’t bring the bathroom hygiene issues to the person in charge. I hope they are more careful next time with the new customers. I wouldn’t personally book a stay at RA Residence again.
The hotel was decent but poorly located. I'd advise against staying there as it's quite far from the main Baner road. I was disappointed with the lack of support provided. It seemed they were cost-cutting; basic items like toothpaste or towel changes required explicit requests. Surprisingly, they charged for water, offering only a free 1-litre bottle. Despite staying in a costly room for nearly 13 days, staff didn't provide any warmth or good service. They didn't offer food and staff often cited "It's against our policy" for basic assistance. Overall, it was a bad experience. I'd recommend choosing another place.
A well appointed room and that's about all. Pathetic service and attitude of service staff. Reception refused to provide even water when asked at check in. It is what it is attitude made it one of the worst experiences ever since we had already paid 100% amount . No kitchen ,no gym , no other facilities just the room . Linen and towels are old and worn out . Definitely not worth
The rooms are attractive though small ! There is provision of fridge and microwave which we used a lot and came quite handy ! The bathrooms are clean and good to use ! There is no provision of shampoo or cream etc which should be there ! Guard is rude and can be better and should treat the guests better ! There should be a sign board at the main entrance of the prabhavi tech park for the hotel ! The receptionist was well mannered and well spoken so overall the stay was great and liked it ! It would be great if the above stated points are looked upon and improvements are made 😇
Great rooms. Have a great view of trees, you can hear all the bird chirps in the middle of the city, really astonishing. The location is great, most of the places are walkable. Balewadi high street is nearby. There are a lot of food options. The room has a balcony, mini fridge, a locker. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
Room service is not up to mark. The cleaning can be improved, the bedsheets and towels not so clean. No proper toiletry kit, they provide only bath gel and a soap. No toothpaste, shampoo, dental kit. Rooms on the lower floors have mosquitoes all over. The approach road to hotel is little nasty in the rainy season. It is a must road for 100m. Otherwise location is great.
List of the rooms is misleading against the listing of 240sqft room you get 100sqft on single occupancy, there is no towel or toiletries, upon request they will share you one towel. Washrooms are too dirty like none has used or cleaned it …
They clearly refused any request like room with balcony or upgrade in case of availability or early check-in.
I reached at 11:45 approx and had to wait for an hour because they took 1 hour …
